Is it free to try?

Yes. Sign up free with no credit card. The Free plan includes AI drafts and three Buyer Reviews so you can reach a useful result before upgrading for more capacity.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Plan changes are made inside ProposAI so your seats and project limits are validated first.

How does billing work?

Start free with no card. When you upgrade, billing is monthly or annual through secure Stripe checkout. Manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation from the billing portal.

What do the plan limits mean?

Each plan sets entitlements for active projects, document uploads, organisation members, AI drafts, Buyer Reviews, and document processing. Hover any limit on a plan card for a short explainer.

What counts as an AI draft?

Each generated answer draft counts once. Editing, reviewing and exporting drafts is unlimited on every plan.

Can Enterprise run fully local or on-prem?

Yes. Enterprise can be a private cloud instance, deployed on hardware you provide, or on hardware we supply — and every option is still fully managed by us. For classified and other high-sensitivity work we can deliver a secure local-only copy that never leaves your environment.
